Making Europe inluding Royal Caribbean Cruise Itenary

I got the opportunity to make tour program for Europe which includes Cruise for one of my friend, so i started with the intended date and month of travelling which is mid or last week of May 2015, so we decided to find out details on internet for the same. We found that Royal Caribbean has agents in major countries and we found one in Delhi called Tirun Travel Marketing, on their website we found the Travel plan we were looking for and it is callled the "Splendor of the Seas" which start at 23rd of May 2015, we found the itenary as below:

Then we started booking the tickets for the same, so we decided to speak to them, the executive of Tirun was very helpful and gave us all details & resolved our all queries over phone. We booked the inside cabin for couple, there were lot of choices available but we were looking for the cheap and best and we selected inside cabins for us which we got in around 3500 US D.

Once we booked the cruise we decided to book the international flight, so my friend is having his brother living in Dubai and he wanted to have a stopover there. We found that Emirates Airlines were having the flight which we were looking for, and we got the price of Rs.39000/- per person for a return flight. Let me tell you the date of travel which is 17 May 2015 and return is on 8 June 2015. So we were through with our first major part of the booking, we were kept visa & hotel portion to be done later as we found a clause in the Schengen Visa application form that we have to disclose the place of stay in the visa, so obviously we have to inform them the name of the hotels which we select to stay in Europe. You can apply the Visa in any of the Schengen country and the price are different in each country, but the difference is not too much. So we thought to do it later.

Further we decided to book the internal flights, so the tour program was like Delhi - Dubai - Venice (Italy) to catch the Cruise - as per Cruise tour program.- from Venice - Florence -Athens and back to Paris to get the flight to India.
